Ordinance #262 – “Providing for the removal of weeds, brush, and rubbish.”
- It shall be the duty of every person, firm, or corporation owning, possessing, or using any lot of property, including the sidewalk area in front of and the alley behind such lot or property, to remove all weeds, brush, and rubbish/trash.
- Property owners or renters shall keep weeds, brush and rubbish clean at all times during the year.
- Failure to keep property clean of weeds, brush and rubbish shall be in violation of Ordinance #262 and will be fined up to $300.00.
